Led by Somatic Experiencing Trainee, Classical Pilates instructor and academic Anna Westin, these classes are offered in person for communities and individuals experiencing trauma symptoms, privately and in connection with external NGOs. WILLOW is partnering with Pi Studios, London, a fully equipped Classical Pilates studio in the heart of London. Owner and Master trainer Holly Murray was taught by the Pilates elder Romana Kryzanowska, and has over 20 years of international teaching experience.

The Willow Network is currently developing a Social Prescribing Pilot partnership with NHS provision in the Westminster London area. This will commence bi-weekly in the Paddington London area, in February 2024.
